Mission and Vision Mission To offer excellent immediate medical management and psychosocial support to all survivors of sexual and domestic violence who report to the GVRC and to provide a sense of hope to survivors and their families while facilitating a positive change in behaviour and national policies regarding sexual and domestic violence. Vision The GVRC envisions a centre of excellence in the provision of comprehensive medical and psychosocial support to survivors of gender based violence in East and Central Africa and to build a society that is safe, equitable and free of gender based violence and HIV/AIDS. |
